Gabriel Iglesias!

This past weekend I had the pleasure of going with my three best friends to go see Gabriel Iglesias in Hershey. Melanie, Elizabeth and one guy from my work went together to go see him and a couple other comedians. Not only was the group I went with probably the best group I could have selected, but the show was amazing. I lost my voice before we went up, but it disappeared more after the show. We all had an absolute blast. Gabriel and all the other acts were hilarious. It was our first comedy show for all of us, so it was awesome getting to experience it with them. I love bonding with my friends and getting to learn new things about them, whether it's good or bad. The fact that Melanie and Beth became friends with one of my really good friends Aaron and vice versa was incredible. The whole day at work all I could think about was "are they gonna get along" "is it gonna be awkward" "am I going to be put in the middle" "am I going to have to create all the conversations" I felt like a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders when they all started talking together. All in all I feel like every one had an amazing time! It was totally worth all the stress and exhaustion the next day! :)

Love and Theft!

Love and Theft! I had the pleasure of seeing love and theft when I saw Tim McGraw because they opened for him. They were incredible. My favorite song by them is "If you ever get lonely" I love the lyrics of it and the meaning of all the lyrics. If I could see them again I would in a heartbeat. They have been in concert around me since, but it's been at bars and unfortunately I can't go to them :(. The one guy isn't to bad to look at either ;)

Jason Aldean!

Jason Aldean, I got to see him twice! Both times were in Hershey, the first time was a couple years ago when I surprised my boyfriend with tickets for his concert. The second time was this past summer and we got the chance to go with a bunch of friends. He is such a phenomenal performer. Not to mention his music is wonderful too!  He has to many songs out to have an actual favorite by him. If I even try, I could list about 20 of them. February he is on tour again and I think we are going to Baltimore to see him, so i'm ecstatic to see him for a third time!

Justin Moore!

Last February, my boyfriend got free tickets to go see Blake Shelton in Reading. The opening act was Justin Moore. He was absolutely incredible. The first song I ever heard by him was "Grandpa" and it made me think about mine, and it was such a heart touching song. Apparently he took over 8 years to write this song. To me all of his music touches me in one way or any another. I love his music and him, he is very nice to look at. :) My favorite song by him is "My Kind Of Woman" +

Jason Michael Carroll

Jason Michael Carroll I went to go to see him before he was big, or I guess I should say when he was big in the country music industry. The first time I saw him, was at the York Fair with my mom! We waited in line to get his autograph afterwards, unfortunately I never got it. I was getting tired of waiting. Now I could stand there for hours waiting! When I first saw him, he had extremely long hair! Then my boyfriend and I saw him in Schuylkill County and he had really short hair. Regardless of his looks, he is beautiful! I wish I had the chance to see him again! His music, I feel is true and not just about silly made up stories. He has some songs, about his daughter one about her friends leaving her in New York called "Hurry Home" and one when she was little which is his first big hit called "Alyssa Lies", it's about child abuse and till this day it still gives me chills and brings a tear to my eye. His music is beautiful, and it takes a true artist to sing and write about those types of songs. Sometimes writing about your opinion on something is the easiest way to get the point across.

Luke Bryan!

Luke Bryan! What can I say about this man? He is an amazing performer. I saw him three times. Once before he became really famous on the free stage at the York Fair, about 5 years ago. I recently saw him at State College and the York Fair again. He is an unbelievable performer. He really involves his crowd and knows how to have a good time. When we were at the State College show, he was actually drinking moon shine, and sharing it with the audience. Unfortunately I was to far back to get any, (even though I wouldn't be able to drink it because i'm not 21 yet!) When we saw him at the York Fair, my mom and I went together and the whole time he was shaking his butt, my mom and I couldn't stop laughing the whole night. It was amazing. My favorite song will always be 'Do I' now that he is having more music come out 'Play It Again' has become one of my new favorite songs by him. I can not wait until he comes around here again for me to be able to see him again!

Tyler Farr!

At the York Fair this year I got to see up and coming star Tyler Farr! He was one of the greatest performers, that they got on the free stage! Getting to pay $16 for a concert is awesome! I also got the pleasure to meet him and get his autograph, that is me and my boyfriend in the picture! What is even better yet, Beth Seebold in our class, went with us and got to meet him too! It was one of the most amazing nights by far. My favorite song from him is 'Redneck Crazy' It is a funny song to a point but at the same time it actually has some sort of meaning behind it. Just like any other country song. Most songs now a days are starting to have a meaning behind them, it's hard to write about something that isn't exactly true. When something has a meaning, you're usually able to portray the video and make it more real. In  his music video for Redneck Crazy the cast of Duck Dynasty are in the video which make it hilarious to watch. Looking at the picture, I look so small compared to them two men! While he was singing his number one hit, we all got to go to the front of the stage, and just like any other star struck girl, I blushed when he touched my hand! Knowing a singer or any one in reality recognizes you in the crowd of hundreds of people, mean a lot to you.

Blake Shelton!

So this picture is a little deceiving, I didn't get to see Miranda Lambert I just loved the picture! But I did get to see Blake Shelton twice! One time in Reading, and once at the York fair. Oh did I forget to mention they were in the same year?! :) Any way on with the concert! He is an absolutely amazing performer! It could partially be because he drinks from his red solo cup the whole time! I don't even think I have a favorite song from him! He is a beautiful person as well. I'd go see him again in a heart beat. Both times I saw him, the performances were so different, but the same at the same time if that makes any sense? When I saw him at the fair I literally had one person and a gate blocking me from him. He also touched my hand! As lame as that may sound, to someone who grew up listening to this man it is huge! I remember every road trip I went on with my family, we listened to the song 'Ol' Red' and 'Austin' by him, those are my dads favorite songs! Just the other night at dinner, we were listening to my moms phone and 'The Baby' came on and I swear I saw both my parents eyes swell up into tears!

Tim McGraw!

A few months ago, my boyfriend got the opportunity to go see one of my favorite artists, Tim McGraw!  Love and Theft and Brantley Gilbert opened for him. The concert lasted about 4-5 hours at least! Tim McGraw, oh my goodness, I was so impressed with how old he was and how he performed. I'd go see him again in a heart beat. I think the best part was I knew every song at least almost every song all the artists sang. So it made it so special, because every time a song I use to listen to when I was little was played, all I saw in my head was a younger version of myself singing through my hair brush and dancing on my bed like I was on stage! My favorite song from him would have to be "Don't Take The Girl" it is such a beautiful song, till this day I still get goosebumps when I listen to the song! It's one of those heart wrenching, tear jerking songs. Even though it's been at least two months since I've seen him in concert, when I hear his songs on the radio I can picture him singing. The best part was I scored tickets for the pit area where we were right in front of him! So we were at least 6 rows back from the stage it was incredible!

Rascal Flatts!

Rascal Flatts: They are my ultimate favorite music group, they got me into country music honestly! I remembering going places with one of my family friends and her daughter and they were all we listened too! My best friend and I made a bucket list one night while eating dinner and gossiping, and the first thing I listed was to see Rascal Flatts in concert, a couple weeks later I got an email stating they were coming to Hershey. I didn't care where my bank account was at, or what it would sink too I bought those tickets the minute I could.  My best friend and I went together and I've seen tons of concerts since I was in middle school and to say the least this was beyond my favorite. By the time I left my throat hurt so bad from screaming and singing, I didn't care who heard me sing or who saw me dance I was having the time of my life! I took the saying "Sing like no one cares and dance like no one is watching" to heart that night. Every time I listen to one of their songs I now just see them performing. I wish I could say I had a favorite song from them, but I don't it feels almost nearly impossible to eliminate one. one day I will have one, but as of right now I don't!
